Delivery and Charges

Delivery of Your Order
Delivery is entirely dependent upon supplier lead times or stock levels. We hold a large amount of stock of LSA products, but if the goods you order are out of stock it can take up to 28 days for new supplies to arrive. With other suppliers we operate a 'direct despatch' service, avoiding the need to hold stock and speeding up the delivery process to you, our customer.

As the majority of deliveries are made during the week, Monday to Friday, you can specify a different delivery address than the billing address (e.g. your place of work). If you do specify your billing address and we are unable to deliver, a card will be left to let you know how to organise redelivery or where the parcel can be collected from. At times we use Royal Mail instead of a courier service, and this may result in a delivery taking place on a Saturday morning or a card being left to advise you of the attempted delivery.

If a product is known to take a long time to make/source, generally you will be advised of this within the product detail before placing your order. However, we will endeavour to advise you as soon as practicable of any abnormal delay in the despatch of your order.

Delivery Charges
A one-off delivery charge is made for deliveries within the UK (excluding Highlands and Islands), as follows:

Monday to Friday only
Delivery: 2 working days *from day of despatch
£4.95

*Due to the fact that some products are sourced from abroad and/or are handmade to order it can, occasionally, take longer than 28 days for your order to be completed and despatched. In such instances, you will be made aware of this within the product detail description.

Other UK, European, and International Deliveries
We will contact you to advise total cost once we know the weight of the consignment.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery charges may be higher than shown on the order form due to the size of the product ordered or the delivery location (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, USA, Hong Kong). We will advise you of any additional costs should the situation arise, and in the event you do not wish to progress an order already placed we offer a full, immediate, refund.

Orders for delivery overseas sometimes attract duty imposed by the destination country. Essentially White Limited has no control over any such imposition and will not be accountable for the payment of fees due.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of the contents as well as a description of the items. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country must be borne by you. Your local customs office will be able to provide further information.
