Peugeot 'Palace' Pepper Mill - Silver Plated, 10cm

The "Palace" model is a new version of the Z model, the oldest of the Peugeot mills, designed in 1874. It combines a wooden body, antique finishing, and hallmarked silver-plated metal. This mill is plated to the highest level of silverplating recognised by French law, and guaranteed by the square grade I hallmark.

From the very beginning, the mechanism has been the key element of the mill. As testimony to its quality, it has always been stamped with the “PEUGEOT Frères” logo. Its unique design effectively guides the peppercorns and secures them as they are crushed. The mechanism can be adjusted, ensuring that the pepper is ground to suit all uses; ground at the moment of use, the pepper develops its full aroma.
